We specialize in Cajun,Creole and Exotic cuisine. However, we have one of the largest varietal menus anywhere. We also have a great seafood and pasta selection, as well as 5 or 6 different Fish items at all times. We are not just a spicy restaurant!! In fact, only 20% of our menu is spicy. Please ask your server what item or ingredient that catches your fancy, and we will glad to inform you of some southern ingredients. Vegans are welcome as well as vegetarians-If you don’t see these items on our menu, just let us know to make you a special dish-like the “Vegan Sautee!”
