We carefully select the best suds from around the world that we think will best compliment our fare with your beer selection. Featuring the best in both local micro-brews and your favorite imports. Louisiana brews such as "Blackened Voodoo lager" and Dixie are available only at certain times a year due to the plants shutdown post hurricane katrina. Please check out our upcoming events for the latest Beer tasting events. Most beers are best poured down the center of a clean,room temperature glass. Many of the Belgium-style ale's are bottled conditioned (yeast in the bottle) so you may want to decant the beer-pour the beer leaving the yeast sediment in the bottom of the bottle. beer should be seen to be appreciated and the brewer spent a lot of time and money to create that beautiful head!! Please drink responsibly!!!
